Based on the popular late-1970s, 2250-horsepower roads unit from GE, Atlas B23-7 features include a dual-flywheel-equipped five-pole skewed armature motor with a low friction mechanism, AccuMate(R) knuckle couplers and the following detail variations included as appropriate for each roadname:
